FAQ

Do you charge for estimates?

Yes. Due to the time involved we charge between $50 and $150 per estimate. After we arrive at your house for the estimate we will discuss the work you want completed, notes and measurements will be taken. A written general estimate including pricing will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of our initial visit.

 What happens after the estimate?

If you want to move forward with the work a second email is then sent that includes a complete breakdown of the work involved with your job, a proposal that serves as our contract once signed, a Notice of Cancellation if you decide not to move forward and a copy of our Certificate of Insurance. Start date and payment breakdown are also included within the proposal.

Permit requirements vary from town to town. If you are having small repairs done more than likely you will not need a permit. We always check your township’s website to see if a permit is required for the work we are performing.
