This is a customer who called based off of a recommendation from a previous customer.  The work shown below was completed over a month ago.  I am now working on my second list of jobs at the clients home.

These were two areas in the laundry room that needed some drywall patching.

The laundry room ceiling patched, primed and painted.

The laundry room cabinetry installed.

The homeowner had a door that was getting caught on the newly installed carpet.

I had to remove, cut down and reinstall the problematic door.

The door on the right is the one that was cut which now matches the left door.

They have two third floor bedrooms and an attic. In order to keep these cool, along with the rest of the house, I installed an attic fan.

I had my electrician run power to the thermostat controlled fan.

The master bathroom vent fan was originally finishing into the attic pushing moist air into that space. I added an extension with an exterior roof exit for the fan.
