New Home Upgrades | Haverford, PA

I first met this customer through a silent auction bid I donated money to for the Baldwin School.  This is the third and most involved job I completed for this customer.  They purchased a home that they were to be the second owners of.  Before moving in they had a bevy of contractors though the house updating different areas of the home to better serve their needs.

From the very beginning I assisted my customers with design and contracting consultation.  Picking colors for walls with the interior designers, picking the new hardwood floor stain color and composition, assisting the electricians, plumbers and working through the list that I was to complete.  I also helped direct the customer with their new countertop selections.  The homeowner chose to go with a custom granite countertop, purchased at Majesty Marble and Granite (the ONLY granite supplier I will use) and a butcher block top, purchased at Bally Block Company, for the island I custom built and painted.

Removed desk area in preparation for a wine fridge and new sink base.

New wine fridge area and prep sink location. I custom built the sink base cabinet box and had the doors and drawer heads made by a local wood shop.

New trash can cabinet, of which I custom built, and installed a double decker silverware drawer and double trash can mechanism.

I also added all new solid maple, dovetail, full extension soft close drawer boxes throughout the kitchen...

as well as solid maple, dovetail, full extension soft close roll out trays to all of the available locations in the base cabinets...

and five of the same roll out trays to the pantry cabinet.

Custom built, fully mobile island, with butcher block top. This will also be used as a portable serving area when the homeowners have parties.

Installed a total of 30 soft close door mechanisms throughout the kitchen, hall bath and master bath.

Custom built and painted four doors for two locations in the study room. The homeowner wanted to create closed storage in the wall shelf system to hide CDs, books and movies.

I installed two desk areas in the study room for the kids to do their homework. The shelves and wood countertops were custom built and finished by me.
