Somewhere in the middle of 2008 I met the Property Manager of the neighborhood Stacey and I live in. I told her if there is ever a need for a handyman, for her or our neighbors, to feel free and give out my number. She has on several occasions and they have turned into smaller jobs.
These smaller jobs are always good. It keeps my busy, allows me to meet my neighbors and gets my business name out there. I received a phone call from one of my neighbor who needed a new garbage disposal. Up until this point in my life I have never installed a garbage disposal. Following the instructions is always an important rule I follow when doing something for the first time. Check out the pictures below…I think the job came out well.
